How much is delivery?
UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 signed for delivery and then FREE on orders over £75. International shipping costs are shown in your cart. Call for help.
Do I need to pay duty or tax when the goods arrive?
If you live outside of the EU, you may be liable to pay import duties or taxes for your country. This is out of our control as we ship from the UK.
Does my order include tax?
Yes! The price you see is the price you pay. If you require an invoice, please email email@example.com.
Do I need an account?
Trade, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, it’s up to you if you want to set up an account or checkout as a guest!

What’s your returns policy?
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return it within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Refunds are made within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
How do I make a return?

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Please include a copy of your delivery note for our reference. If you no longer have this, please include a copy of your name, email address, contact number order number and shipping address.
What’s your guarantee?
All of our products are covered by a 6 month warranty. If the product develops a fault within the warranty period, assistance will be provided by way of spares or a repair depending on the type of fault. Wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. Any signs of wear and tear such as stains, moisture and breaks that are not casued by weakness or fault in the product will not be covered. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
